Little Tech Nerd

Some mornings with Zander are spent cuddling and watching TV.
Some are spent reading books.
Some are spent playing with block, cars or other toys right away.
And SOME mornings, we both get our nerd on, with our tech devices.

This kid is pretty smart.
Its funny, when I first got my nexus tablet I wasnt sure how to use it.
I let this kid borrow it to play a game and he already knew what he was doing!
Pushing the right buttons, using his fingers to make the screen bigger or smaller....

It cracks me up.
He really likes playing angry birds.
But since he also loves to learn, I downloaded several learning apps just for him.
He's got his own little page of apps he can play.
Where he can learn more colors, learn his shapes, how to write and even how to read!

I know he is only 3, but he is an eager learner, and I figure giving him a little boost, through something fun like this is perfect.
Plus I just get a kick out of watching him on my tablet.... He looks so stinkin' cute.
Not to mention, the bonus of having a little time for myself to get some of my own "tech" work done....
Like answering emails, writing up blog posts, social media shout outs and what not.

Anyone know of any really cool, fun, learning apps or games for android tablets??
We are always looking for more! ;)
