Cupcakes with Dark Chocolate Buttercream frosting. After purchasing a
bottle of Lindeman's Framboise Lambic
(a raspberry beer), I decided that I wanted to create a cup cake with
it. I used the beer and a fresh raspberry puree in the batter. And
what goes best with raspberry?
Dark chocolate, of course! I love this decadent recipe (and so did
the bake-off judges!).

I've always thought these were the funniest things! I've seen them used to ask someone on a date or to keep up the theme at kid's birthday parties - the possibilities are endless! The preparation time is basically nil too. They're sure to be a hit whatever you do with them!
